Last updated: 17 May 2026 · Invitation-only private beta
The publisher is now registered with the French National Business Register (SIRET
10499100500018, official activity start date 1 June 2026). The Service
nevertheless remains in closed testing phase with 25 selected musicians.
No sale, subscription or payment is offered at this time. These Sales terms are published
for information only and will be fully activated at the commercial launch of the Service
(Stripe activation).
1. Purpose
These Sales terms (the “Sales terms”, also referred to in French as “CGV”) govern the contractual relations between Jamodio, published by Benoît Godard (see Legal notice), and any user subscribing to a paid offering of the Service, once such offerings are introduced.
They supplement the Terms of Service, which remain applicable to all users, whether on free or paid access.
2. Offerings (forthcoming)
From commercial launch, Jamodio will offer several subscription plans:
- Free plan — limited access to essential features (short sessions, limited number of simultaneous musicians, no multi-track recording).
- Premium plan (~€10 / month) — unlimited sessions, multi-track stem recording, more musicians per session, extended cloud storage.
The exact details of the offerings, final prices, commitment duration and billing terms
will be published on the /pricing page upon activation. These Sales terms will
then be updated accordingly.
3. Payment
Payments will be processed exclusively via Stripe, a specialized provider compliant with PCI DSS standards. No banking data passes through or is stored on Jamodio's servers. Accepted payment methods will be: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and later other methods depending on the region (Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, etc.).
4. Right of withdrawal
For contracts concerning the supply of non-material digital content the performance of which has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal, that right ceases pursuant to Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code.
At the time of subscription, you will be asked to expressly confirm the immediate start of the supply of the Service and to waive your right of withdrawal. Without such waiver, you will have a period of 14 calendar days from subscription to withdraw without reason.
5. Termination
Subscriptions taken out may be terminated at any time from the user interface (Settings → Manage my subscription). Termination takes effect at the end of the current period, with no pro rata refund.
6. Prices and changes
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. As a French micro-entrepreneur under the French VAT exemption regime (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), the publisher does not charge VAT. Invoices will bear the statement “TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI” (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
The publisher reserves the right to adjust prices. Any change will be notified to subscribed users at least 30 days before entry into force. You will then be able to terminate free of charge before the new price takes effect.
7. Invoicing
An electronic invoice is issued for each payment and available from the user interface (Settings → Invoices) and by email.
8. After-sales service and mediation
User support is provided by email at support@jamodio.com. A response is provided within a reasonable time (typically 48 business hours).
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, you may have free recourse to a consumer mediator. The publisher will subscribe to a mediation service compliant with the French Consumer Code at the time of the commercial launch of the Service and will publish the mediator's details here at that date.
EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform — In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. This platform allows consumers residing in the European Union to submit online a dispute relating to an online sales or service contract for an attempt at out-of-court resolution.
9. Governing law
These Sales terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
This page is provided in English for convenience. The French version prevails in case of any discrepancy.
